Default King Ranch

Order a new 2021 KR with the powerboost, don't think it will come this year. For some reason I'm hating the look as its Chrome Bumpers if you want the Tailgate Plate, my 2016 had the two tone, caribou and black and I loved the exterior look

Not considering on switching to a platinum, just hate that pecan interior, and limited, I just dont like the blue

Same!! I actually LOVE the exterior look of the non-chrome KR with the non-chrome bumpers. Also, I prefer those non-chrome bronze rims. But the wife insisted we need that KR tailgate badge and she thinks the bronze rims are hideous. And let's be honest about whose opinion carries more weight... So I have a KR chrome on order.

Did you get the mono paint? I love the 2-tone, it just doesn't feel like a KR without it (though I know there are a lot of mono's out there).

What color you get? Wife also wanted white, which is fine since the star white looks awesome in the sun, but I actually love the look of Antimatter Blue 2 tone and Guard 2 tone. Really goes nice with the brown accent color. But Guard is KC only and 601A forces Dearborn due to power running boards. So there will be very few Guard KR in existence.

I ordered Agate Black two-tone with the chrome package. Have no idea when it will get here.

I have an ‘18 King Ranch monotone white, love it. One of the things that just kills me is the cheap chrome on the wheels. If you drive any gravel at all the rear rims will be destroyed, such a bummer when purchasing a top of the line truck. Loving the new King Ranch, but thinking of going the Platinum route now.

My wheels have held up pretty well, and I have hit everything on the planet with them. I have the chrome package with the chrome wheels. Are these what you are referring to. Mine is a 2016 though. The two things I absolutely hated with my current KR are the sunroof and the driver's side door. One day while driving in town, my door almost fell off. Found out a bolt had come loose. Tightened it, but the door sounded like it was open all the time after. That bolt was not even painted over. Probably a factory miscue.

I work in the oilfield so lots of gravel roads. But below is a pic of my back wheels, fronts are in good shape. I even have heavy duty mud flaps.

I had mud flaps on my 18 KR, I've driven many a grave road but not at any real speed. My wheels look new when I traded her in on my 21. I also notice for the 21 model they all have a small mud flap on the front of the rear wheel well. I absolutely love this new chrome wheel design!
