My dealer told me the same thing when I ordered back in January. My order sheet has a MSRP column and Invoice column. Back in January the Ford Partner program web site did not have the 2022 plan prices, just showed the 2021. Had to rely on what dealer

 

I got the same thing. All plan prices with X Plan circled

 

Had a similar issue yesterday and posted it in another thread but I'll repost it here for more visibility. I just want to make sure the dealership will honor xplan and they said they will but worried I should get it in writing? I confirmed over the phone prior to going in and when I got there that I was able to use xplan on orders.

"I went to the dealership yesterday and ordered my 2023 f150 with I hope X-Plan pricing. They took a copy of my xplan pin and noted it on my physical file folder xplan but said it wouldn't be needed until the vin and the invoice were created. My question to you is did the preview order include the X-Plan pricing? Mine didn't but the sales guy said "don't worry about it and we'll get the xplan all figured out once we can see the VIN and the factory invoice also our system doesn't have any 2023 vehicles in yet so I can't see actual plan prices for you" (He did show me 2022 xplan pricing from previous deals). Should I get it in writing that they'll accept xplan at a later date? I've read some horror stories of dealerships doing the order and then, when purchasing the truck, saying they no longer accept xplan. First time buying a new truck and using xplan so a little confused about all this!"

They have sent me xplan pricing on truck now that window sticker is issued and truck was invoiced. I am not sure it is on the order date price though, price protection. Only 200 more then I expected so not to excited about it. Truck is still being built, not sure when I will see it but will report back when I get it done.
