HDPP with Powerboost
There is no HDPP for PowerBoost. HDPP is only available with the 3.5L EB and XLT 301a or lower.
If you mean Max Tow, then in general no it isn't worth it. That was covered in detail in other threads, but in essence you do duplicate most of the major hardware. You get a stronger parking brake with Max Tow on a PB. But depending on trim level/equipment, you won't have enough spare payload to reach the higher towing figures over the standard tow package or tow tech. If you look at just the options list on Ford's B&P site when adding Max Tow, every item there except the heavy duty bumper is on PowerBoost equipped trucks (except in a way the 36 gallon tank since max tank size on PB is 30.6).

Ah yeah on a Platinum I wouldn't think it was worth it. Your payload is going to come in around 1400 or under (with the PB). So at 10% load on tongue that would be 14,000lbs towing, but once you add the driver (assuming 200lb drive) you are already down to 12,000lb, then add other passengers and cargo and that, and you are easily below 1000lb of available payload, so under 10k towing. So the Max Tow does nothing for you. If you have an XL PowerBoost where payload can be upwards of 1800-2000lbs potentially, I could see there maybe being enough there to get Max Tow just for insurance, but generally not that helpful. Kind of like FX4 on a PowerBoost since the PB already comes with the locking rear, you would need to get benefit from the other features.
All of this would be way easier if Ford gave you credits against packages when another package includes it already. Like if the Max Tow dropped to $500 because of everything the PB already gets, I would say go for it. But at full sticker, it just doesn't make a lot of sense.

Nope, pre-2018 there was benefit there, but 2018-2022 10R80 transmissions all have the same cooling set up, quoted here:
"All 10R80 trucks have the same oil to liquid cooler no matter what. Only exception is the Raptor."
You can do an aftermarket radiator to improve cooling, but nothing on the order guide changes the cooling setup in this case.
