Default HDPP Build - Input appreciated

So apparently not many folks order the HDPP. The dealership near me said they hadn't had a HDPP order in well over a year and this is a high volume dealership. I'm prepared to wait. I've been shopping for a new truck for nearly two years now. I initially wanted a Tacoma but shortly moved to the F150 camp when I discovered how crappy their payload is. We don't own a camper yet but we will be in the near future and I don't want to be limited by payload (within reason). Is there a resource that would tell me how weight a certain option would add? I searched the forum and the one thread I found no longer has a working link. Anyway, here is what I have so far.

XLT - MID - 3.5 EB Super Crew / 6.5 ft bed
4x4
HDPP
Max Trailer Tow Package (Required)
Co-Pilot360 Assist (not sure if this options requires more cameras than this build already has)
Tough Bed Spray In Bed Liner
Power Sliding Rear Window (expendable option)
Remote Start with Remote Tailgate Release (expendable option)
On-Board Scales with Smart Hitch
2.0kW - Pro Power (Expendable Option)
Tow Mirrors
Partitioned Fold Flat Storage (backseat)
FX Offroad - ( Expendable option - Not sure if this is a waste of money. If it doesn't add too much weight I'd like to get it if only for the rear lockers).

If I could get this build and still end up with 2100 to 2400 lbs of payload, I'd be thrilled! While I'd LOVE to get a Lariat and all the other luxury features, they just aren't important enough for me to sacrifice towing capacity. I can't tell you how many idiots I've seen towing WAY too much trailer for their 1/2 ton. Anyway, so there you have it. Anyone have a best guesstimate or can point me towards a "option weight" thread? Thanks folks. I very much appreciate your time!

-J

You can pretty much get to your payload weight with this: https://madocumentupload.marketingas...9a054&v5=False

We just took delivery of an XLT - Mid - 3.5 EB Super Crew / 6.5 ft bed with Max tow, but not HDPP. The regular max tow automatically comes with the 3.55 locker. HDPP comes with a 3.73, which I am fairly certain includes a locker, so FX4 should not be necessary. We do not have that many additional options, but do have the bed step. The payload is 1894, which is plenty for our purposes. I see no reason your HDPP build would not be 2100+, probably closer to 2400+/-. There is a payload thread somewhere on here, and some HDPP owners are getting 2500+.

Here’s my build and payload sticker. PM if you have any specific questions. Good luck with your build!

This is going to be my daily driver and an F150 with HDPP will get much better mileage.

Oh man, thank you so much! This helps tremendously. Seems very likely that I'll have at least 2400lbs.

No problem! Only thing that would really eat into your payload on your wish list that I don’t have is the pro-power. But if you’re skipping the moon roof, sliding rear window, and running boards, you’ll definitely have more payload available than I do. Also, as a FYI, your build will NOT include power tailgate, even if you order it with the remote-start option (ask me how I know).

FX4 is a debatable value when equipped on an HDPP model.

You won't get different shocks, as the HDPP shocks are different than standard or FX4 shocks.

You already get the electronic locking differential in most builds, I think as part of the Max Tow package (required for HDPP).

Basically what you get is floor mats, hill descent control, OEM skid plates, and the sticker.

Um, excuse me, but that sticker is worth every penny! Lol 🤣
