Default Halogen tail light upgrade or replace ?

I own a ‘22 Tremor 400a with horrible factory halogens.
I just preordered the DD elite series headlights and fogs. Hoping to make the tails match abit better now. Besides changing bulbs to LED is there anything I can do with colouring or tint ? Hoping to avoid replacing complete housing if possible.

Personally, I would install LED bulbs. I actually don't mind those housings. The turn signals may have the quick flash but there are remedies for that.

I did full led swap, and 24% tint.

All the bulbs replaced with lasfit leds, then tint applied to the tail light. I would recommend a wrap shop for the service or the diy use of vht. Or an auto body shop that uses tinted clear coat.

At night......visibility should be determined from a distance.....because that's where it matters. Park the truck next to a car with halos...walk a good 100 ft away then compare. Double the distance in poor visibility weather ie rain/fog. This is to safeguard someone rear ending you.
