Think Ford will offer a software update to fix the crap gauges? A circle with a number is lame

i agree. New cluster digital didn’t do it for me. Part of the reason I went down to XLT.

I thought it was odd at first. I'm already used to it after just a few days. I can't figure out what I want to display in the center of the display, yet.

 

I just wish there was an option to add the numbers to the ticks on the gauges, rather than just having a blank gauge with a digital readout in the center. This is my biggest complaint with the digital screen. If this were an option in the menu I wouldn’t be giving as much thought to the XLT. Or maybe there is and the dealer just didn’t know?

 

Another reason I went with a 2020 instead of a 2021...the dash of the '21 is hideous (in my opinion) as well is that oversized iPad of an information screen...ugh!

 

I never understood these types of posts . Are you in here just to let people know you love your 2020 over the 21's? Or do you have something to add to the community ? No disrespect to you but it sounds childish saying Si* like that

 

I had a '19 XLT...have a '20 XLT now and will be getting a '21 XLT when the prices go down some...because I DO like the dash .

 

Yep...to each his own. I certainly didn't intend to disparage any owners of '21s...my apologies if I did.

 

I love the new interior
its what brought me back to Ford
the gauges just seem like an incomplete because everything else was pretty well thought out
and with the over the air updates and what not maybe they can flash in some improved graphics
that’s probably for the ‘22
Mine is still on order so I hope to get used to it

i know I’m gonna need to watch the speedo 😉
