My 23 screw has 70% transparency on the front windows. I know the rear doors and back glass come smoked but do the front windows come slightly smoked now. I bought the truck brand new

 

Bare glass can have a VLT in the 70’s and 80’s. The difference between VLT 70 and 100 is virtually indistinguishable.

 

Did you ask the dealership whether they tinted the windows?

 

yeah he said they didn't but I was still wondering since I've never seen a smoked front glass on a vehicle from the factory. I've looked at top of window to see if I saw the tint line and there's not one.

 

It's inside the glass, just like your darker rear windows, you won't see film anywhere on factory tint.

 

yeah I'd figured that out when I noticed the sticker saying 70% first thing I did was look at top of glass to see if it was tinted. It threw me for a loop cuz I've never seen a factory smoked front glass just rear and back glass.

 

You want a real trip check out the front, it's likely also tinted if your windows are. You can buy a UV exposure card and see that they all block UV.
