Today I changed spark plugs and installed a new accessory battery[small battery under back seat].. when i finished noticed both leds were not working.Suggestions before I take it to dealer?

I would take a multi-meter and see if I am getting power. However double check and make sure the second battery accessory and spark plug work didn’t disconnect something. You can also check fuse 22 under the hood(2023 is fuse 22 for halogen low beams) your truck may be different so check the owners Manuel.
At least both sides are not powering the same portion of the DRL bar. I've seen some rolling around here with one side messed up and the other working fine.
Guessing that's why Ford dropped that content and went with blinkers now. Ford is notorious for sourcing with the cheapest not necessarily the best suppliers.
So i got it to dealer Friday. They said both headlights and control modules would have to be replaced. 5300 bucks.. crazy. Again my extended warranty saves my day... There supposed to have it done Wednesday.
