The only time any Ford dealer will ever see my vehicle is when the factory is paying for either a recall or warranty claim. All maintenance is done by me. If I wasn't a little mechanically talented, I would be taking the F150 to an independent mechanic who charges much less than the dealerships.

I also am on my second hybrid vehicle--a 2021 Toyota Venza. I'm up to 80K miles total driving hybrids with only oil changes. If there was any real problem, it would go back to the dealership because there are virtually no independent mechanics trained on hybrid drivetrains. Hybrrids are completely different animals, but very, very dependable. And I love getting 42 mpg in a high quality mid size SUV.

Normal driving in Florida with occasional towing... going in at 3k for initial check and then every 7500.

thanks. Are you by any chance in south fla.? I don’t know of any reputable dealers for service. Some have bad reps down here.

Sorry, I'm central Florida (St. Petersburg) and use the local Autonation. They've been servicing my trucks since 2005.

Change oil around 5,000 miles.
Rotate tires with each 5,000 oil change or if you do some other Oil interval, rotate tires around 6,000 miles.
If you will tow often, and a heavier load, change rear diff oil around 60,000.
Change transmission fluid around 60,000, same with plugs.

Coolant, seems to be pretty safe to go to 100,000 (they say 150,000 I think?).

Optional for optimal performance
Change coils once a year, best time of year is middle December.
The power boost batteries deplete more than recorded -24 months maximum on those cells. Please be sure to dump in in the landfill so they will never do anything aside from contaminate the ground while at the same time saving smog efforts during your drives.
Change summer air in your tires to winter air for better cold weather performance. The O'Rielly's product seems to be best.
At every fill-up, purchase a bottle of 105 racing octane boost for cleaner cylinders/valves and 2.8 mpg increase
Note: none of the Optional items are real

I liked the changing of summer air to winter air in your tires the best.

Also....Make sure your piston return springs are at spec tension. : )

You bought yourself a really sweet and dependable ride. Keep the oil changed and follow the schedule in the manual. Then.....enjoy.
