My sync updated sometime between yesterday and about 7 pm today. I tried the changes for the cams again and they worked! Thanks again for all of the info guys.

Hey livnitup, I am currently running version 2.3.45 and I see on the main page of this thread you have version 2.3.38. My question is is it okay to still use the version I have or should I replace it with the 2.3.38? Thank you for your help as always.

Sorry about that, I didn't realize that link was going to a specific version - should be fixed now to just go to the download page where you should get the newest version.

FDRS showed an APIM/TCU update today for my truck so I did it (took several hours) and now my Sync is at 21281 rev244. I'll try and do some testing in the coming days to see if anything new can be done with cameras in motion, etc.

I may have missed it in the spreadsheet but does anyone know if it's possible to adjust the temp of the heated steering wheel? Was able to do this on the previous gen and would like to increase the temp again if possible.

I just realized the heated steering wheel auto shut off timer is in the same line. Thanks for pointing this out.

Default BLIS not working after LED conversion

Hello everyone, so first off I have searched I did make the typical 3 changes required when swapping Halogen with BLIS to LED tail lights. (726-43-01 XXXX XXXX 01XX, 726-43-01 0102 02XX XXXX, 726-44-02 00XX XXXX XXXX) The tail light function perfectly. however I have an error indicator light on stating there is a fault in my BLIS system/cross traffic detection and I cant seem to figure it out. I had Halogens with BLIS, I got the connectors specific to that and brand new OEM LED custom painted tail lights. Install was smooth, I thought maybe the connectors were drive/passenger specific so I switched them, same code. For situational awareness I have tow mirrors/max tow package and my BLIS worked fine with the halogens. Is there other forscan changes that might need to be made due to me having stock tow mirrors? thank you ahead of time.

You mentioned the taillights were painted. Is it possible they may have obscured the sensors on the taillights?

If you know anybody that has an F150 with those lights factory, you could pay them a few beers to let you test swap them to see if the issue persists. Then at least you would know if it is a software issue or a hardware issue.
