F150 fire
Ha ha ha! One comment: Ford = Fire On Rainy Day
I checked to see if it was a PowerBoost because hybrid batteries or large batteries are notoriously unstable. Remember the Tesla fires when it first came out?
However, that truck isn't a PowerBoost so I'm relieved. Would like to know what was the source of the fire.

Any body watch long enough to notice wipers flexing trying to move around 22 minutes? As a retired volunteer I was a little dismayed it took them till about the same time to think about house and roof. They got lucky there wasn't a roof/attic fire to go with the loss of the truck!
Hoods are notoriously hard to pry open with a few exceptions. As is the case with our truck all you have to pry against is plastic. In hindsight I would turn the Halligan tool around and go after the grill with the hook. At least mine has a grill gaurd to pry against, although if it goes up sitting in it's usual spot in the shop the hood will be the least of my worries!

It looked like a 5.0 which is not what I wanted to see. The white/gray smoke from inside the cab might indicate it was an electrical fire that started it all, but who knows. Sad to see an F150 go up in flames, but insurance should cover it all.
