Default Engine codes

I have a 2025 F-150 with the 5.0 Coyote with less than 500 miles. Today went to drive it and several codes popped up, blind spot, ABS, traction control, e-brake needs service and a couple more. I turned the car off and restarted, they were gone but came right back. I can clear them hitting the reset button, but they come right back. Any help????

Do you have forscan? Then you can check for codes, otherwise all you can do is make sure the battery is charged the connections are good and maybe check the fuses are ok and clipped in all the way. With that low of mileage it'll most likely a dealer visit.

Yes, I would be sitting outside the service bay at the dealer in the morning when they open. Maybe make an appointment online for tomorrow if your dealer does that.

Leave the codes alive. Don't reset. People do sometimes have electrical faults appear in new vehicles especially if they have been sitting for a while unused. Like a computer these trucks sometimes don't boot up properly triggering messages.

The Dealer is telling me that the problem with the truck is that it has been lowered and the ride height confuses the collision alert system. So, they are re-calibrating it, not covered by warranty. Not sure if I understand what they are telling me.

First off these are not an engine fault. The sensors think they are at a certain height from the ground, if you lower them they are now thinking they are X inches from the ground and it takes X long for the return of the signal. When you lower or lift the signals return to fast or to slow. They have to be recalibrated to the new height.

Just my two bits
