Default Drive mode

Is there a way to keep the truck from resetting the drive mode every time you restart? For example, going on a trip and want to start in ECO mode but when you stop somewhere and get back in the truck goes back to normal instead of staying in Eco Mode.

My KR flashes a screen that you just hit the "Yes" button on the steering wheel to stay in the previous mode when I restart the truck.

Nope. Other than the intermittent indicator, it always resets to "normal".

Mine as well but you need to be quick hitting OK.

I think it has to be in Normal Mode at startup for the same reason the Auto Start/Stop always defaults to On. It's part of the EPA testing requirements. The vehicle being tested has to default to starting the same way it was tested by the EPA for safety, emissions, and fuel economy ratings.

Your 4WD stetting stays, just the software tuning of throttle response and hybrid input reset.

Made me do a doubletake when I was in 4A.
