Default Default drive mode

With a 21 Lariat, anyone know if it's possible to set the truck up so the default drive mode upon start up is other than Normal? I like how it will ask you to return to a drive mode, but I run tow haul all the time and it would be cool to turn the truck on and it's just in tow mode. Possible through Forscan? There's so many alarms and message that pop up on this 21 one less would be nice lol.

No. EPA regulations make it that if the vehicle has multiple drive modes that it has to start in the one that it was tested in.

if you shut off and say sport mode, when you restart, you will have a few seconds to answer if you want to continue in sport mode.

If you don’t answer that prompt very quickly it goes back to normal mode

Right I was hoping I could just eliminate that extra step, and it only pops up about half the time. I think there's so many other warnings that pop up first that it gets lost in the mix maybe.

I am hoping these guys make one soon for the gen 14's, they make them for the older F150's with only 5 drive modes. Email them and ask for one! If enough of us ask for them, they will probably make them.

I definetly like the truck, and all the cool tech on it, but i think I'm getting like 4 or 5 prompts/messages with a trailer hooked up it seems a little ridiculous. Between Blis, cross traffic alert, reverse brake assist, return to mode...aren't we supposed to cut down on distractions? And that's on top of using forscan to shut off the seat belt chimes door ajar chimes, baby in back seat reminder, and probably some other stuff lol.
