Ford did not email me the VIN. The dealer gave it to me with the build date.

Does that mean anything ?

Well I called Ford today to see if they could give me a VIN # (no confidence in my dealer) - she said if I could give her the order #, she could look up my VIN.
So....called the dealer & apparently ground the entire place to a halt by simply asking for the order # - maybe they'll call tomorrow, but based on their performance so far, I doubt it.

She was absolutely going to call me back today with the order #, but that didn't happen...

Dealer is County Ford (Graham NC), zip is 27253, ordered 3-1-21 (I guess they put it in that day?), initials are DRN.

Don't ask my why I didn't (I was asking myself the same question).

When I ordered my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, I think the only option I could have added was $400 or so for Fire Red Mist paint (or something like that).

When I bought my 2007 Ford Focus ST, it had every option you could get except automatic (I wanted the 5-speed) & the Sony stereo (didn't want that subwoofer taking up half my trunk). The salesman laughed stating they had never seen a $20,000+ Focus!

When I bought my 2003 Ford Ranger Edge Extended Cab 4x4, I think the only thing I didn't get was the off road package.

'Course, back then everybody was giving massive discounts!

Just cleaned the Ranger up yesterday - clayed it & getting ready to polish & wax - now I don't want to sell it!
