I crossed from US to Canada and back again yesterday.

Saw the border crossing alert entering Canada and the cruise speed reaading flied to KMH. Great.

but only the speed limit sign has gone back to mph. The cruise set speed and current speed are stuck in KM per hour.

Couldn’t see anything obvious in the truck to fix that. OM was mo help.

you should be able to do thid manually

1. Select Settings on your vehicle's SYNC screen**.
2. Tap General.
3. Press Measurement Units.
4. Choose your preferred measurement units.

i tweaked speed settings. Without success.
speed limit remains in mph while cruise is in kmph

 

That’s strange, I went to the US last year and it worked fine back and forth.

 

Divide by 1.6 until it fixes itself?

 

Yep, me too, latest software has this bug in it, mine eventually reverted back to working normally.

 

So If I enter Canuckistan, use a speedo app on my phone. Got it.

In all seriousness...that sucks. Have you called your local dealership yet? Not that I have any faith in dealerships.

I booked a dealer visit for later this month. But there is nothing more frustrating than not being able to do something that seems easy to others.

Went out to my truck. Started it up and once again, no border crossing or KMPH switch under settings in the instruments. Once again checked in the head unit. Stil set in mph. Cycled between settings and no bueno.

Shuts truck off. Frustration rises fast in the heat. Turns on accessory drive only. Checks head unit again. No improvement. Then instrument and as is by magic the correct menus, not previously seen appear that allow the flip from kmph to mph.

It's a miracle!
