Make sure you have the temp on both sides synced up calling for the same temp in Auto mode. Also there are three Auto stages you can choose from. I notice when it is hot out i have to set it to auto 2 ( first two lights on) on the Auto button. Each auto level gets more aggressive to reach and maintain set temp. it will take the truck a couple minutes to settle down and get to near your set temp when you first start it. I always use remote start and have no issues.
If you are on of those guys that doesn't want to use Auto climate then the only way you will get 100% cold air is by setting to LO temp then you just adjust your fan speed.

if you don’t use auto, then you have to look at the temperature read out display for the set temperature like it’s just the old-school red to blue dial and imagine where you’re putting it at if you want it all the way cold needs to be on lo if you want it all the way needs to be on HI.
I always use auto because it’s much simpler. I don’t have to adjust it but one or 2° here or there every now and then most of the time it’s set around 68 to 72.
