Default Changing fluids at 35k?

I’ve got a 2022 F150 4x4 with a V8, which I bought from a dealer with 31k on it. I’m 90% sure the only fluid that was done at the dealership before they sold it was the engine oil/filter, air filter and cabin filter. I have no idea when or if any of the other fluids were ever changed. Would it be a waste of money to go through and change out multiple fluids at 35k? If so, which ones do people recommend I do?

Thanks in advance for the input.

I don’t think you need any other fluid at 31k. I did all mine at 50k (that is km) because I got bored during summer but honestly that is way too early IMO. For reference I did front rear diff, tranny pan drop, fluid/filter. Transfer case fluid.

Manual is a good place to see recommended fluid changes intervals.

It's not only usage, it's age as well. If it were my truck, I would flush the coolant and change the transmission fluid as well. Inspect the brake fluid, if it has dark appearance then I would swap it as well.

I change them all every 30-50k

Oil is cheap, engines and transmissions aren’t

My 2022 F150 is now three years old this month, I don't need to drive it that much. Only has 3,600 miles on it - but is now 36 months old. What are the recommendations for any fluid changes due to age, (years old)? What if any fluids do you think I need to have changed? Excluding engine oil, which I change every 6 months. Thanks...

I wouldn’t change anything. No reason to. Doing so would be a waste at that mileage and 3 years old.

With how little you drive, change the oil yearly, unless you like spending money for no reason.

Believe it or not, brake fluid is supposed to be changed every 3 years.
