Changes / Updates Ford needs to make on the 2021
None of the OP concerns bother me. I always have limo tint brows put in my vehicles when I get the sides and rears done.
My only issue is the boards don't drop down enough. I actually like being able to hear them retract.

I would like to see the rear sliding window be made much larger similar to what I had on my Explorer Sporttrac, with it dropping down instead of side to side. The width was approximately 2/3 to 3/4 the width of the entire rear window
If i have the music blarring.. and a call comes in.... i answer the call and have a conversation... when i hang up... start the music LOWER than it was... good lord i can't be hanging up then my ear drums bleeding because it just jumps back to 90% !!!!!
I am opposite the spectrum on this one. At least not without having an option to enable/disable it.
I park in a garage all the time. If I am in the driveway, it is on purpose. Locking the doors when I leave would be very annoying. For a thousand years I've gone to my vehicle, which I know is unlocked, to put things or remove them. I could see never purchasing a vehicle with that enabled if I were continually pulling on a locked door. For the same thousand years I've been locking a door when I go to a store or whatever.
My trained brain says when not at home, lock the door and when at home, never lock the door. Likewise, I've probably never walked from a store or whatever and accidentally tried to open a locked door, just the same as if I walk into the garage I know my door is unlocked.
So yes, they could offer user input to enable/disable but making it standard would likely steer me away from the vehicle purchase.
The speed changes you describe do sound bad but not sure they could do much else which is in alignment with a previous comment about avoiding tickets because the truck was slowing more slowly. I supposed they could lightly brake similar to adaptive cruise does in my 2016. It slows as I approach, however if I approach too quickly like hop into a lane where I am within the preset range, brakes will be applied a little (or a lot depending).
I think the feature must remain enabled for the double honk, however it should be a different audio source than a horn. Having user control via FORScan is fine with me.
I would only sort of forget when I first got the truck which was my first pushbutton. The ex's car was pushbutton which I drove most of the time. I didn't seem to forget to shut it off, but she always had the keys in her purse -one would expect it be more difficult to start/stop the vehicle without being the one holding the key but it wasn't a problem.
I don't have issues with anything else in the list.

I agree on the larger sliding rear window, I really expected to see it this gen. I loved my Sport Tracs, I had three of them, and while the sliding rear window wasn't the main reason, it was definitely an outstanding addition.
I think an option I would like as far as the walk away and it locks would be if I could set a time of day where the truck would lock itself. For example, our garage door opener has "smart/connected" features like opening/closing it from my phone, stuff like that. The feature I really like though is it sends me reminders if the door is left open over a specified amount of time, and you can set it to automatically close at a certain time of day if it's left open. So I have mine automatically close at 10PM if I leave it open.
Thankfully, I am generally not so forgetful that this is a common issue, but it has triggered a couple times in the past couple years when either I left it open or one of the kids did. In that same way, I wouldn't mind if I could have the truck lock itself at 10PM.

Checking into them - got my front windows tinted to match the rears a few weeks ago, but didn't know at the time that I could use a brow.
Installer says they don't make a graduated tint (like many factory tints) - guess I'll have to mosey on by his shop.

Speaking of ford double honk complaints.
Recently drove to pick something up, got out, left vehicle running, left the driver's door wide open, picked up the item, put it in through the passenger door onto the floorboard, and when I closed the passenger door HONKHONK. Like, the driver's door is wide open still. Come on

Was a nice, quiet evening in the neighborhood, interrupted by HONK HONK when I locked the door with the truck running.
Not a big problem (I thought) - when I picked up my daughter (again, a nice, quiet evening) I figured I'd just leave the driver door open - when she opened & closed the passenger door...HONK HONK - I'm sure the neighbors appreciated that.
Guess the next experiment will be leaving the fob in the truck & locking the door - what could possibly go wrong?
BTW - one of the nice things about the hybrid is I can leave the AC blasting while I'm out of the vehicle & not burn any gas - the AC runs off the battery for a good while before the motor starts.
We've had a number of home invasions in our town - usually drug deals gone bad & the clowns break in the wrong house to "even the score".
You get the straight scoop on these stories if you hang around the gun shop enough (news reports get it all wrong).
I won't even answer my front door - somebody rings the bell, I raise the guest bedroom window (on the 2nd floor) to see who it is.
Scares the hell out of a lot of folks waiting on someone to answer the door.

When I went from 55 to 60 recently, the darn thing downshifted from 10th to 8th gear & was a pretty darn rapid acceleration (it was up a slight hill).
Maybe they could update the software to let the truck coast to a lower speed if the differential is not that great, which is what I ran into (dropping from 60 to 55). If there was a greater speed differential or if you were going downhill, maybe then you could apply the brakes etc. GENTLY to drop to the new limit.
On my recent trip, there were a lot of 55 to 60 (& vice versa) speed changes - the excessive acceleration / braking for those small changes got to be pretty darn annoying.
