Default Cap

Finally have the cap I ordered. Basically an ARE Toolmaster with side toolboxes, rear panel and roof rails. The truck to me is more of an family SUV then a cargo hauler. Had originally ordered a tonneau cover but really wanted some place to store my tools and such.

Looks good. Three of my last 4 trucks had caps. An open bed or tonneau just doesn't work as well for me.

I never had a cap before. My previous truck had Ramboxes, which to be honest were awesome. I put a G2 Bakflip on it but over time it deteriorated and began to leak. 90% of the time there is nothing in the bed for me. The other 10% is mainly made up of luggage and crap for road trips with the family. I am disappointed with the fact that the back panel has an adapter attached to it to match the tailgate and water just flows down through it and on to the tailgate ledge and runs down the inside of the tailgate. Not a great design as it will just freeze the hatch to the tailgate.
