Cannot enter service record in Fordpass or Ford.com???

Default Cannot enter service record in Fordpass or Ford.com???

It looks like they have removed the button to add service in the fordpass app, anyone know why? Was it to convenient...LOL
Also when I go to ford.com to enter my most recent service it lets me enter all of my information and when I click on the save button I get this message
"Something went wrong adding your entry. Please refresh and try again later."
I was on the phone with Ford for over an hour yesterday and they could not figure out what the problem was, is anyone else having this issue?

If you haven't already, I'd try clearing the cache/cookies on your browser.

After my last oil change I noticed that it would not let me add the service. I added a oil change on 12/20/23 with no problem, attempted to add one in june and could not.

I just went in online and added a dummy entry to my service history, so the site is working for me. No idea why others can't get in.

That is strange. Do you use Chrome or something else?

I just tried with Edge and that did not work either.

I just entered a dummy record too. No issues. Google Chrome, Windows 10, work computer. Turned around and checked my phone FordPass app, and it was listed there already. Still can't add entries on the FordPass app though.

I spent another hour on the phone with Ford today and still cannot get it to go through.
