I'll add my usual, throw some fat chicks in the back, right over the axle.

I put Eibach Stage 2 on mine, and the ride difference is night and day. So is handling. Very happy.

I installed the Ford Performance Bilstein struts and shocks on my 21. amazing difference, more planted, stable.
I used to thnk the expansion joints on the concrete freeway were going to rattle my fillings loose. Now, I cannot even feel them at 75mph.

I highly recommend the Eibach 2R level kit. You can adjust the front coilovers on the truck, if need be , come fully assembled ready to install. I installed them on my Tremor a month ago vast improvement over the stock setup. On pavement ride is much improved. You can pick up the kit front and rear on sale for about $1200 shipped.

Lots of cars and trucks. Most recently, a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and a Mercedes SL400. My wife has a Lexus, which I drive from time to time. Those cars spoiled me, I know.

But not too long ago I had a 2018 F150 Lariat that I loved, and she didn't go bouncey bouncey down the road. Much more stable and sure footed. My 2018 Lariat was not a 4x4, which my current F150 is (2023 XLT 4x4 SCREW with off road pkg). Maybe it's the off road suspension?

I'm likely gonna get new tires and shocks, probable the Bilsteins front and rear. Today, I did air up the tires to 39 psi, and it did seem less bouncy to me.

Thanks to everyone for the insights and suggestions. Very helpful!

Merry Christmas to All

its not the fx4 pckg specifically. I dont have the off road package on my lariat and that thing floats like a 1980’s cadillac.

im looking at kits also, if your looking at Beilsteins check out the 6112+5100s kit.

I pretty much have the same exact truck as you, spec wise, except I also got Max Tow package. I have OEM Goodyear Wrangler Territory AT tires and I keep them around 35-37psi., 40psi not that's cold, and I don't experience the bounce you mentioned; or at least I don't notice it as much.

Changing out the shocks/struts would definitely help with your bouncy-ness, and if you're concerned with the body roll, Belltech makes some sway bars (front & rear) to help with that.
