Im looking at putting iin a borla muffler in place of my stock muffler (24 5.0 BAP) anyone have any sound clips or experience?

Just an FYI, don't expect any real performance gain, just sound difference. Trucks these days already have all the bolt-ons pretty much done to help with MPG.

 

My son got the Borla atak for his 5.0. He and I love it. No drone, loud when you get on it!

 

I have the catback Borla Touring, perfect for my 5.0 truck IMHO.

 

That muffler isn't going to work on the BAP exhaust.

 

I want the touring but it doesn't fit with BAP.

 

To put this to bed, I contacted Borla and they only recommend the S-type mid section for my truck with BAP and maybe a Attack cat back. No options for touring sound level. Bummer

 

I had the ATAK on my chevy C6 and she sounded great. It was not too loud unless when you get on it. If I had the 5.0, I would go with Borla ATAK or Corsa Extreme.

 

Man that bites, its the perfect match IMHO for the 5.0
