How hard was it to replace? I wouldn't mind having the matte black rather than the shiny. Maybe interested in yours if they would fit the extended cab. I'm liking the carbon fiber look too.

When I got my Truck Ceramic Coated they polished them and did a 3m over them so it never got jacked up again. Think it cost me $250.

After talking to a buddy he suggested I keep them in case of trade in or something happens so I think I will just hold on to them for now.

How hard was it to remove the front driver door pillar with the keypad? I've bought a set of the textured for the driver side, but have been waiting to get the money for the passenger side. I have the keypad too.

Some of the reading I've done make it sound like you have to either remove the inside door panel, or outer door handle, or both, or neither. I'm confused on how to go about it.

Thanks
Don

Removing the pillar is quite easy. My truck is an STX model that did not come with the key pad. After key pad and replacement pillars to the Gloss Black I’m about $400 with $60 being just for the keypad and the rest in the pillars. You can get the pillars for probably half that on TASCA parts if you have the right part numbers. For my experience I had to remove the inside door panel then remove window trim which is not snapped in but just fits in place. After that you can remove 4 screws that hold the pillars in place. The have several you tube videos on how to do everything along with all the helpful folks on this site. If you can handle a socket wrench and screw driver you can do this no problem.
