How thick is the Vinyl? Someone else mentioned that to me but I'm wondering if the textured plastic I have would be visible through the vinyl. I'm thinking about trying the gloss black so it blends with the black truck and tinted windows a little better. It just seems to stand out too much now with the matte textured finish and everything else is shiny black.

I just used regular vinyl so it wouldn't have been thick enough to hide the texture
I think with the textured b-pillar trim you either need to sand the texture off them to paint or wrap them or get the stick on covers like the OP got.

I ordered what I thought was the correct trim but it just came in and it's only a stick-on cover that goes over this.

Does anyone know the correct part number for the entire plastic piece?

I have the matte black on my '21 STX. I think I like it better than the gloss black I had on my last truck. The gloss seemed to show scratches easier.

Just a follow up- I found the part number for the pieces I was looking for but they are around $350 for all 4 pieces so I decided to try the gloss black vinyl wrap. I didn't want to ruin the existing plastic by sanding it yet so I just went right over the textured plastic to see how it would look. It looks decent at most angles but when you get real close and theres good light reflection you can see the texture behind it and it looks pretty bad.

I'm going to pull them back off and try sanding the plastic smooth then wrap it again.

The video below shows the vinyl wrapped passenger side of the truck compared to the unwrapped driver side. Just added the keypad this morning and didn't feel like taking the door panel back apart again.

Can you share those part numbers with me I want to order for my STX. I got the numbers below but can’t get them to show up on Tasca parts. The one I know is correct is the first which is the driver front door

driver front - FL3Z1520555SC
passenger front - FL3Z21520554AC
driver back - FL3018255A34AA
passenger back - GL3018255A35AA

Best solution is to have it wrapped in gloss black.

You can always remove it if you change your mind.

I wrapped the B pillars on my '17 with carbon fiber type vinyl. Will be doing my '20 as well, 2 trucks from same vinyl order for way way less than $80, seems about $30 with shipping. Those precut kits are a ripoff, and harder to install than bulk vinyl.

I got all mine replaced this week and have painted door handles coming in as well. Will have the matte black pillars and handles as well if someone wants them.
