Default B&O unleashed

Can you actually hear music out of the head rest speakers. I am almost convinced they are not hooked up or not working, any others experience this?

I don’t think getting nothing is normal. I’ll have to get the dealer to look at it.

Put it on surround sound and set the fader / balance between and even with the head rests on the seats. The head rests aren't very loud but if you turn your head left and right, you should hear something

I love the truck, it’s very impressive overall. I’m pissed about the Unleashed system, not sure it’s any better than the 8 speaker system.

Coming out of a Ram with the 19 speaker system, it’s not remotely close.

I am disappointed in the sound system and also thought something was worng, including headrest speaker system not working. Unfortuntely that's not the case, the headrest speaker works (its very faint) and the whole system is mediocre at best - certainly not the premium sound system I expected. I'm more curious as to why so. I've experienced other B&O products that are very good and this is Ford's flagship product line. Not sure what happened here.

It could probably all be fixed with a different sound stage strategy programed into the amp.

You shouldn't have to fade to the rear, making the front speakers quieter, to get the headrest speakers to work. And 90% of the sound shouldn't be coming out of the center channel leaving very little stereo effect.
