Yup. Just switch on via the left steering column wand and/or activate in the onscreen.
You'll see a small A next to the head light icon on the dash screen.

the physical switch on the left side of the steering wheel is for automatic headlights. The auto high beams is turned on through the setting on the radio. My XLT has the auto high beams.

Lariat 502A definitely has auto-high beam. From the XL standard equipment page of the 2022 ordering guide:
  1. FORD CO-PILOT360TM TECHNOLOGY
    • ● Autolamp – Auto On/Off Headlamps
    • ● Auto High Beams
    • ● Lane-KeepingSystem
    • ● Post-CollisionBraking
    • ● Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) (Pedestrian Detection, Forward Collision Warning, Dynamic Brake Support)
    • ● RearViewCamerawithDynamicHitchAssist

I was referring to the wand attached to the steering column and they can be deactivated in that fashion as well.

All controlled by the turn signal/wiper switch. Multiple flicks of the switch should trigger the headlight with an "A" in it.
