There is definitely a setting for the Ebrake to engage whenever the vehicle I put into PARK and disengage when taken out of PARK.

I know my salesman showed it to me because he turned it on. I then went into drive and it released, put it back in park and it engaged. I had him turn it off because I didn't think it was necessary. Now I just went out to my truck, went through every vehicle setting and driver assistance setting and can't find it.

When I was in the 360 camera view, there is a menu button and a small button with a hand on it, I pushed the hand button and it said auto e-brake active. I turned it back off. This is separate from the Auto Hold in the driver assistance menu.
