I guessing something with airbags it’s under the Steering wheel I was hard wiring the radar detector and came across it This is wear I put the mute button
There is an airbag there. Pull the upper panel that’s bolted down and get a better look. Might want to disconnect the battery and let the truck sit for a bit before doing too much poking around down there. 😂😂
Probably some kind of security tracker dealer added in case it gets stolen from lot. Probably forgot to remove it when it sold. Doesn't look like a factory installed device. Just a hunch....
