I got Forscan and figured it out this morning.

The cause was the CCM automatic alignment offset being out of spec, which didn't let the recalibration process even start. My value was 6.90, I read somewhere that the max allowed was 3, so I manually changed the value to 2.90, then ran the recalibration. I then needed to reboot the ccm module so the truck could "relearn" it, but now all works fine. After the recalibration, my alignment offset was .70 (the truck changed it itself after running the recalibration).

I also changed my tire size and fender height in Forscan. My speedometer is now dead on as well.

I'm going crazy trying to figure this out. I'm ready to trade the truck in and go with a Toyota. I have a 2024 raptor. all I did was level out the front with 2.5 clamps and raise the rear 1/2 inch and put 37 inch tires on.

I previously had went in and set my alignment offset from 3.1 to 2.9 in it cleared my screen of course. Lasted 4000 miles and it came back on. I went ahead and got on foreskin and done it again but this time it came back on after 55 miles.
I am also dealing with a 2024 F150 6 inch lift 37 inch tires
I am regretting leaving Toyota at this point
