Great question considering Ford is getting rid of 2400 parts.

 

The current Platinum has chrome mirror caps and the current Limited has body colored mirror caps. The 24 Platinum has body colored mirror caps. Maybe the 24 Platinum is replacing the Limited as the top trim.

 

So we'll see an msrp increase of $5k plus an extra $3k as side dish this time, and still no heated steering wheel..... Winning!

The Platinum lettering on the hood is garish, that makes me not want another Platinum. I would just remove that. Or at least make it an option, hey just like the steering wheel credit, gimme another 50 bucks off for no lettering!

 

It was already announced that end of July all builds are getting heated steering wheel back

 

Any news if there is a change with the interior on the Sport Package? I dislike the two tone and am hoping they will go back to a solid color. With supply chain, you'd think they would, just for simplicity.

 

Honestly, that is not bad looking. I am not a fan of the chrome grille obviously (I like the design however) but I would love to see that in black for example.

The BAP posted by @DuneRunr is not too shabby as well.

 

It's possible considering the Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum and Limited interiors were changed in 2018. At the same time, the BAP interior is already black.

 

those interiors changed in 2018? I don’t recall that, just the front end change from 17-18 (which was also terrible)

 

The interior colors changed.

 

If it doesn't come with the hood grills, I would be fine with the BAP. But, that photo of the BAP does look attractive.
