I cant find any charts for the 23 ym lights. I find 22 ym buy don't know if it's same for 23. I like the light of silverstar ultra bulbs and putting led in my reverse lights and all but I don't wanna start taking stuff apart to find bulb numbers. Do any of you know where I can find a chart so I could get bulbs ordered and installed.

Check your owners manual. Should have bulb numbers listed in there.

 

Hah didn't think of that. I dont have an actual owners manual book to hold in my hand so I guess I didn't think of it. Going look now.

 

thanks for pointing out I'm a dumba** lmao. No but more importantly thanks for reminding me about owners manual. I hate I don't have a paper book to hold and look at. I did stumble across one online thank God cuz I didn't wanna have to go look on my radio to find things.

 

Does anyone know if the 9140 bulb is interchangeable with something else. I like the color of the sylvania silverstar ultra lights but it doesn't seem to come in the 9140 size. Atleast I can't find it if it does

 

My bad, that was not my intention. 9005 will fit into a 9140 socket with a little work. You may need to file a tiny bit of one of the wings on the bulb in order to get it in there. If you search for the easy halogen bulb upgrade thread you will find recommendations for halogen bulbs.

Fyi, owners manual is also available using your head unit and you can order a print version.

21 owners have many more LED bulbs than 22,23. Downsides to LED, especially in headlights, is the incredible expense to replace them…..

yeah I know about looking it up on head unit but I just really want a printed book so when I randomly think of something I just grab the book and look. Lol.
