Is anyone with Sync 4 navigation getting traffic information on the map? I have it configured to show, but I am not seeing any.

No. I talked to the dealer, but they were clueless.

 

I've only seen it the traffic function work one time in a month, not sure what activates it or how often.

 

I'm going to look into this at some point soon. My Ram had it and it would show on the screen all the time. I haven't been in any heavy traffic with this new truck yet. Maybe it's working without showing. My Ram showed green along the route with clear traffic and red for the tie ups.

 

Works on mine. Though I will say the data tends to be a bit stale compared to Google.

 

Typically in ATL mine only shows traffic in the red or yellow, I don't think I've yet to see it show green for clear conditions similar to how Google Maps would.

 

I read somewhere that there is an update coming to fix the traffic nav.
