Actually... there's only so many things you can do with a P/U truck. Large majority of them have already been done.

It also doesn't matter what you do. There will be lovers and there will be haters. You can't win them all.

I like the fact they haven't tried to re invent the wheel and it doesn't look anything like the Cheby.

What purpose would a shifter stow thing possibly fill?

That's pretty obviously a copied design cue.

Also looks like ford ran out of tasteful design ideas that No one ever done before, and tried too hard. IMO.

Nope. You must form your opinion and decide now. The truck that will be on dealer lots this fall won't look any different than these pre-production spy shots.
