I never had an issue with my 2019 tranny.. maybe on a cold morning it would go from 1'st to 3'rd..Not always, but other than that, smooth shifting. The new 2025 only has 300 miles..Just got it.. so no comparison yet..

2022 5.0. I got a clunk shifting from 4 - 5 when cold. Learned to ease on throttle when cold.

I’ve only driven under 200 miles on my 2025 since I got it in October, but the 10r80 is nice and smooth. Just as smooth as the 6r80 in my previous 2017.

Id rented a 2021 F150 back in 2021 that I drove from Vermont to Florida and it was awful, clunky, and I didn’t like it. My 2025 is nothing like that.
