Default Winter e85

Is there any additive for e85 that "puts back" whatever we lose with the Winter mix fuel?

for "winterized" e85, they usually drop the blend from 80-85 down to 51-70%.

Around here they just run 70% year round.

I'm not sure what my area has either time. I asked the company, from their website, and they didn't know, or would not say.

So yeah, I guess I need a test kit...

Depending on your state, try a Speedway. Here in Illinois they can tell you what percent it is in the tanker from the fill slip

Don't some tuners tell you the percentage?

I think so. My sct x4 says it will. It has said zero, the whole damn tank. Its a flex fuel engine, so I think it must have a sensor. But I get zero...

I've got the nGuage that reads alcohol content. Last tankful it said 70%, down from the tank before of 80%, about a month between fillings. Really can't say how accurate the measurement is.

That's because the 5.0's are flex fuel from the factory lol.
