Default Whipple vs VMP

Looking for opinions on which supercharger setup people recommend and why. Truck is stock other then a corsa catback and is a daily driver.

Considering VMP themselves is cleaning house of their Magnuson based blowers and partnering with Whipple, I'd avoid VMP

Putting that aside, what VMP had going was actually really good. TVS blowers like theirs or Roush tend to be more responsive than what Whipple offers and the VMP Odin had a similar overhead in terms of potential. Not quite as high of potential but very nearly. It really depends on what you want to do with the truck. If you're looking to get into racing and stuff, Whipple is pretty much the king for the trucks. If you want just a fun daily, you could also look at Edelbrock and Roush and potentially save some cash on the setup. 93 octane and moderate boost you could be at a reliable 650whp with proper tuning.

Contact your tuner and get their recommendation as well. If you don't have a tuner yet, I would recommend OzTuning or PreauxTuning
