Yes, may bad. Has anyone had this happened and is there anything I can do? I’ve tried unplugging the battery and uninstalling the tune but the tuner just freezes.

Try hooking up a battery charger to it while you are programming.

Also is the area where the odometer is correct (numbers) or is it displaying dashes - - - - - - -? If it's dashes there was an issue during programming etc... and you will need to contact BD...

Thats exactly what it was showing. I contacted them. I have to remove the pcm and send it in to them, now to figure that out. Thanks Yonson.
