I was able to get to the track Friday night for a few hours of fun.
Truck ran well and had its best run of 11.55@120.
The challenger was NA.
You can hear the truck shift into 5th a little early in some of the runs. That needs to be addressed. I believe it's costing me just a bit on the top end.

The first pass sounds like a good clean shift at the right RPM into 5th, but the 2-4 shifts seem a little soft. The other vids show a much harder **** from 2-4 but short shift into 5th. Fast truck and congrats on the results.

You are correct that the first run is different than the second and third. In the first run I forgot to put it in sport mode an so the shifts are smoother and yes the 4-5 shift actually held longer.
I'm retuning right now with OZ and he's making all the adjustments.

I decided tonight to go to Island and try it since it's closer than Atco.
Different setup for sure. Less crowded and they start late. Tonight they started extra late because the ambulance was late. 7:30 was first pass but you're not standing around waiting. As soon as you have cooled off, you go again.
Then if you run street tires they put a cone at the beginning of the lane forcing street tire cars to start the run " out of the groves".
I had three passes and achieved my personal best. 11.3's
I also had a lot of wheel spin tonight. See the attached video at the bottom
