Everyone is having trouble tuning the 10 speeds and Gen 3 coyotes. The tunes and computers and incredibly complicated. Most people dont understand the thousands upon thousands of man hours the manufacturers put into developing these tunes.
The one thing I dont like about the new generation Roush S/C is the throttle body and air intake. Positive displacement S/C's really really dont like intake restrictions. Throttle body and cold air intake upgrades can net huge gains on PD blowers. The Roush is pretty much limited to the stock throttle body. The new front feed design is a very limiting design.

Again, assuming this is true, its interesting that this little detail isn't listed anywhere that I've seen.
Again, assuming this is true, in the end you would have a truck that hauls ***** off the line and then falls on its face just after the 1/8th mile waaaay before crossing the finish line. Quick, take my $10K and where do I sign up?
To be fair though, these trucks are basically death traps much above 85mph anyway especially if your rolling with anything bigger, better than the stock crap street tires that are more appropriate for a sedan and not a truck.

I installed the roush supercharger on my 18 5.0 at the dealer. They charged me 1,300, with tax, synthetic oil change and misc shop supplies it came out to a little over 1,400. The tech at the dealer had to go back an fourth with the techs at roush, apparently the instructions were not very clear and roush forgot to include a few parts. Granted it was over labor day weekend the dealer had my truck for two weeks!
My initial reasoning behind the roush vs the whipple was 100 percent the warranty, and the fact they're local to me... But after driving for a few weeks I want more power, I should be getting it on the dyno tomorrow and ill share the numbers. My tuner is unsure if he can get into the computer or not but most likely ill be voiding the warranty anyway.

Went to my tuner yesterday, we had to do the pulls in 5th gear because roush sets the limiter to 105, even in 5th the engine couldn't hit redline on this pull. Im going back next week hopefully he can raise the limiter and get some more power out of it. If that goes well im debating removing the CATs and possible E85 tune down the road.

E30 seems to be the ideal fuel for FI folks
just not enough calories in e85
have to flow so much fuel it’s tough on the fuel system
