To add to that: I wouldnt care so much about flow matched, as I would about good injector data... (also your tuner will need to be in on your choice or you might not get the result your looking for ------- that's why everyone says you cant go wrong with injector dynamics)
I just heard from AED, and they won't tune on pump gas with a 72mm pulley...or use the injectors I want to use. Looks like I will stay with the 75mm pulley and see if I can get the local guy to roll the shift points back and be done with trying to go faster with it.

I've already emailed Matt on his behalf. Matt tuned my truck with a 72mm pulley without issue on pump gas. Shaun is a good tuner, but super conservative. The Roush F150 setups flow less then the Mustang setups due to the 180 degree elbow, and the stock GT500 throttle body will cost over 1 psi on a 72mm pulley. There is a lot of wiggle room on the trucks with their lower compression. I'm a little surprised Shaun wouldn't tune for it, but he probably was just looking for a reason to say no. That said I'd bet he would still pickup more power then the current tune rojizostang is using even with no other changes.

agreed.

while I find some local tuners are top notch, they can’t beat the guys that tune 3 to 10 of these setups a week.
