If PBD says you have enough fuel drop a size on the pulley. You may need to slap a DW400 pump in the tank though.

I will probably just stay with the 3.750 for now. I don't really feel like dropping the tank in the next couple of days. My current work load is crazy right now and I'm the acting shop foreman as my boss is in Thailand. PBD is 3.6 miles from my work so I can always reschedule down the road. As of now rob is telling me to expect 70 rwhp across the board over the whipple tune. I think I will rev the engine till 7k. sound ok ??

About 70hp is a correct number he gave you but it is going to feel like more when driving. I gained 75hp over the Whipple tune.

Should I just go down 1 pulley size now or stay with the 3.750. after this tuning session I will be leaving the truck alone for awhile. thanks in advance.
PBD does live streams on YouTube sometimes with their tuning sessions. I'll bet if he had a Whipple truck on the rollers he would get a lot of views.

I sure would like to see it.

Unless you have headers the 3.750 pulley will make the most power as it will get you full timing (2018+ 12:1 compression engines)

If you run e85 you can pulley down as your fuel system let’s you go.

What gear change? 1-2, 2-3, 3-4 and are you in 4X4?

Totally normal if not in 4x4 or and or you don't have VERY sticky tires. That's what TC is suppose to do. I'm a little surprised it does it before the shift.
