So my 5.0 is now a fully forged 5.2 build and i am wondering whats the max boost the roush blower can put out without any issues?

Don’t worry about max boost. Worry about efficiency. 15-17lbs with headers and free flowing exhaust is my opinion. Guys will soon then faster but I think on a smaller blower like that it’s a waste. If you want more power use a different blower or go to e85.

my fuel system is upgraded to run e85. also will add meth injection this summer .

With E85 you are limited by the fuel volume your system can support and the strength of your engine...

Soon you will know what belt slip is all about

i am not looking to go to crazy ,was just wondering about the Roush and its limitations and by the sounds of things i should be just fine to make 800rwhp on e85 .that's what i was shooting for.

I think its this episode of Two guys Garage https://twoguysgarage.com/veteran-paint-job/ ,any way they managed to make just shy of 1100 HP on this arp 5.2l coyote build with Roush 2.65l blower .HTH
