My ECM strategy is more specific to year and model.
Did you buy from SCT or from a tuner shop? I recieved full instructions on setup from BCB the shop I purchased from. KM

I purchased mine from a be local truck accessory shop and just followed the setup instruction that came with the unit. As far as I know, the gtx was stated for f150s up to 2017. Maybe since I’m 2018, certain pids may not be available?

I'm mostly sure it's in the setup of the unit. Sounds as if the seller is not much of a source for information and help with your setup.
When I received my unit I connected it ran the updates, then found the ECU strategy code and device serial number this info was supplied to my tuner BCB who then sent the tunes to my unit via wireless cloud based file transfer.
I show PID's for KR and OAR, the SCT GTX specifically does not work with the vehicle to read KR but my OAR does work and is displayed. KM
