Default Installing nitrous today

Wish me luck! I have no experience with Nitrous. I've had the kit a few months but it's been so cold that I have yet to install it. It's the nitrous express coyote plate kit. I will start with 100 shot. I also have a MSD window switch that allows to lockout gears as well. Any tips/advice are very welcome. I'll try to add pictures and give updates of the install.

Waste of money, unless you want to show off. It will purge just by giving it some WOT, but it has to be purged every time the tank is changed. *** I guess I should add that I just hit it in 2nd gear till it cleans up (takes about half a second) after I change the bottle, and it's purged. The upside to this is the initial bog tells me I have extra fuel flowing.***** Or if I'm caught at a light by some ricer, I just rev the truck out once or twice, like a dick, and he knows nothing of the NOS, but now it's purged.

THIS. It's impossible to run consistently without one, especially NX, as they set their systems up for 1050psi, which is weird IMO. I recalibrated mine for 900psi, works better, less bottle heat required.

Is this because it cools from the pressure drop and then the bottle stops flowing as well? I remember simulating a fire test at work with a 40 lb propane tank and we had to put it in a 30 gallon trash can full of hot water to keep it flowing for extended periods.

I wonder if you are in the fire protection industry like me?
But ya, the whole premise is matched flow from fuel and NOS, and it goes rich if you are off by more than 50 psi, and a tank at ambient temp starts around 750 ish in my experience, and if you spray a lot, it drops fast. My heater can't keep up 100% on a "busy" evening.
Bottle pressure vs temp
-30 / 67
-20 / 203
-10 / 240
0 / 283
10 / 335
20 / 387
32 / 460
40 / 520
50 / 590
60 / 675
70 / 760
80 / 865
97 / 1069

Suggestion, after putting the various lines and wire in wire loom, get a different bottle bracket with rubber lining, I do a tank fill every week, and the bottle just gets more and more scratched all the time.
