Default Help please. Flowmaster

Ok I have a 13 STX 5.0. I ordered a Super 40 3"inlet/outlet same side. I want to keep resonator and stock tailpipe. Did i get the best option to install with the fewest modifications? As far as the inlet/outlet positions being both on the same side? Thanks

For drop in replacements that sound great you can’t beat Magnaflow. I run Stainless Works but that’s because I have a 3.5” exhaust. I ran Magnaflow before.

What model do you suggest for a deep tone?

According to our website that muffler should work and be a fairly easy installation. The only variable is the inlet/outlet configuration can be different dependant on bed and cab configuration. The 40 Series is a smaller muffler than stock so you will need to add a short length of exhaust pipe to make up the difference. If there are any differences in inlet/outlet configuration those can be adjusted when you add the extra pipe in. We're here to help, if you have any additional questions please feel free to PM me or call us at 707-544-4761.
