What is this?
I bought a 2014 F-150 XLT (XRT) and this is mounted under the dash. Does anyone know what it is and how I should interpret the lights? I bought it from a dealer so I can't ask the seller. The dealer didn't know. I am assuming it is some sort of tuner, but would like to know more about it. Thanks in advance!

 

That is probably some cheap Ebay "performance" chip, can you unplug it from the OBD port so we can get a better look at it?

OMG......4-6mpg? were do I send my money? And 60 hp? Whats keeping everybody from doing this? (insert sarcasm)

 

I would unplug it, driver over a few times and toss it in the trash dumpster.

The scariest part of this whole thing is that the OP bought it from a dealer and they let it hit the lot with that installed. Kind of makes you wonder what they DID check and DIDNT check on the truck before they put it up for sale.

 

They don't my 2017 had a Digithottle (same as a petal commander) and they left it on the truck.
