Wanted to go today ,but raining here today , hopefully next Friday or Weekend ,
No I haven’t done the trans yet , I got the clutches and all other parts , hopefully in the next month or so I’ll get it done , I’m taking the trans down myself and having a local trans guy just swap out the clutches ..........
if you are going to be upgrading the 10r80, you should purchase the new E clutch pack just released by suncoast. it has the extra frictions and steels.... this is the pack that takes the most abuse. I wish it was available when I did mine....beefcake racing is currently selling them.
Went to my local track yesterday , had some issues we tried the party pulley 2.75 ,truck is making crazy power and is fighting me going down the track and causing some knock sensors to retard timing you can see it on the video how bad it is , not sure if it’s the new suspension or the new tire and wheel combo which tires are 1” shorter than my previous tires , My best pass was a 10.41@135mph , did score my best 60ft on that run 1.57 ,Had a good time at track and met up with Dorian (Boostedf150) and a bunch of other guys with F150 trucks ......
