Default Exhaust progress

Got the hardest part done today with the headers and Magnaflow Raptorcat-back installed. It’s basically my starting point to add resonators or mufflers to dual it in how I want it to sound. I’m gonna add a pair of Vibrant resonators tomorrow and see where that gets me and dial in the fit of the tips in the bumper. I absolutely LOVE the look though.
More to come as I dial it in.

Ahhhh...no one of the clamps on the cat has a hanger welded to it. It uses 1 instead of 2 though.

It will be after I weld some V-bands in. It wouldn’t be terrible right now but I wouldn’t wanna do it often.

A 4 post is the only way to do it far as I’m concerned. We yanked the wheels and fender liners, knocked the nuts off the motor mount and used a tall jack to lift each side one at a time...it put all the bolts staring ya right in the face over the frame and never even had to touch the starter.

I added a pair of small Vibrant race mufflers towards the end of each tailpipe...it knocked the sound down by 20% or more. I love those little things. I’m still gonna throw in a pair of 4” round 14” long mufflers in front of the main mufflers...I think that will make it just right.

I can’t figure out how to load a sound clip here off my phone but I sounds pretty legit as is.
