Default E85 Injectors

2018 Gen IV, Stage 2 Whipple. What are the available options for larger injectors to run E85? What size is recommended?

Thanks!

Thanks to the decent fuel flow from the high pressure injectors and the high pressure pump, you can easily get away with 750cc injectors there.

When the whipple stage 3 kit is released it will come with ford racing 56lb injectors (2013-14 gt500 injectors)

if your going for 700-800wheel that should be enough.

if your going for more you will need bigger.

Deatschworks has some 50, 60, 78lb/hr options that are nice. The GT500 injectors also will work well you just need height adapters to make them work I believe. Would be smart to also upgrade the fuel pump.

I will check with Whipple about the stage 3 and availability. Do you know if it comes with a fuel pump also?

Yes, I can get a better deal on Ford Motorsport inject than DW. It will be nice if the Stg 3 comes with them already.

The stage 3 will come with a pump, 56lb port injectors, a real flex fuel sensor, and custom flex fuel logic that will adjust lambda fueling and spark advance based on ethanol content in real time.

There is nothing on the market like it or possibly ever will be.

Stock fuel pump doesn't work if you push 93 octane in cold weather, much less e85 lol. We had our customer run out of fuel pump around 700 whp on his 93 octane setup.

Nothing in the works for the F150 yet for the Stage 3, only Mustang according to Whipple.

Dustin told me it’s on the books

I’m afraid the sales guys and even tech support don’t share much unless they have a release date
